Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's The Branches of North Attleboro in North Attleborough, MA, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care in a warm, home-like setting.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting residents with meaningful engagement. We offer part-time and full-time shifts with 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and 10pm–6am, every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure quality resident care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part time and full time hours available

6am-2pm, part time, every other weekend required

2pm-10pm, every other weekend required

10pm-6am, every other weekend required

$18.50/hr - $19.75/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
