Job summary

The Branches of Framingham, Benchmark Senior Living, is hiring full-time CNAs and HHAs to care for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Framingham, MA. Shifts are 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, and staff work 30+ hours per week.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and provide compassionate, person-centered support in a warm, home-like setting. Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required; previous skilled nursing or dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience with residents with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Documenting care and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
