Job summary

The Branches of Framingham, a Benchmark Assisted Living & Memory Care community, is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team in part-time and per diem roles. You'll deliver care in a warm, home-like setting, helping residents with daily living activities and emotional support.

Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred but not required, with dementia experience desired. Every other weekend shift is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure compassionate care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA's and HHA's to join our team! As a Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA & HHA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
