Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Plymouth, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver personalized resident care in a warm, home-like setting. This role supports activities of daily living and communicates changes to the care team.

We offer full-time or part-time hours 3pm-11pm with competitive pay ($20.50–$21.75/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401k match, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred
• Experience with residents with dementia desired

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full time or part time 3pm-11pm

$20.50/hr - $21.75/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
