Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Plymouth, MA is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver care in a warm, home-like environment. Part-time shifts are available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am with pay of $19–$20.25 per hour. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and support residents with dementia.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

• Part time 7am - 3pm
• Part time 3pm-11pm
• Part time 11pm-7am

$19/hr - $20.25/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
