Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking caring PCA, HHA, or CNA professionals to join our home-care team in Berkshire County, MA. We offer flexible shifts, free PCA/HHA training and certification, and a $250 sign-on bonus to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable caregiver with a helpful attitude.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in PCA/HHA/CNA is preferred but not required and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal-care routines.
• Prepare meals and encourage client participation when appropriate.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and general home tidying.
• Run errands and help with shopping and transportation when needed.
• Give medication reminders as directed by family or supervisors.
• Notice and report changes in a client's well-being.
• Act calmly and responsibly in emergencies.
