Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring in-home caregivers in Athol, MA and surrounding communities to provide compassionate care to seniors. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker, with flexible scheduling and day, evening, and overnight shifts.

New caregivers can qualify for free training; immediate opportunities and support from a dedicated office team help you provide safe, dignified home care and meaningful companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement.
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Running essential errands when needed.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor.
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.

$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

To qualify, you must:

Work at least 20 hours per week

Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your work can provide companionship, support, dignity, and peace of mind to someone who needs a helping hand.

Your responsibilities may include:
