Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Royalston, MA and surrounding communities. We welcome experienced PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker professionals and offer training for qualified applicants.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. A schedule that fits your life is available with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.
• Guardian Angel Senior Services offers free training to qualified applicants, helping you develop caregiving skills and begin a rewarding career in home care.
• You do not need years of experience to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running Essential Errands And Grocery Shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
