Job summary
Guardian Angel Senior Services in Worthington, MA is hiring compassionate caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA, Homemaker) to provide in-home care for seniors. Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with pay based on experience and qualifications.
Flexible scheduling options and 8–12 hour shifts available, plus day, evening, and weekend opportunities. Training is provided, and you will work with a dedicated office team to support your meaningful, client-centered work.

- Observing clients and reporting changes to supervisor
- Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.
To qualify, you must:
Work at least 20 hours per week
Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your care can provide companionship, encouragement, dignity, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

Providing medication reminders
Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
We are looking for caregivers who are:
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Professional and respectful
Able to communicate clearly in English
Strong with organization and time management
Committed to client safety and confidentiality
Able to provide reliable transportation
HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
No HHA or CNA certification yet?
