Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Northfield, MA and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and homemaker with various 8–12 hour shifts, day and overnight options, and a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Competitive pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Training is provided if needed, with a focus on safety, dignity, and client independence.

Qualifications

• Work at least 20 hours per week.
• No unexcused absences during first 90 days.
• HHA or CNA certification welcomed when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional encouragement.
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands when needed.
• Provide medication reminders.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care


• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement

• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
