Qualifications

• Certification required: CNA or HHA with current certification (or eligible to certify).
• At least 2 years in home care or similar direct-care role.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Background check (Level 2) clearance required.
• Smartphone required for clocking in/out and client notes.
• Physically capable of home-based care.
• Continuing education hours (CEUs) kept up to date.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

What You'll Do

You'll provide direct, one-on-one care to elderly clients, individuals recovering from illness or injury, and people with developmental disabilities. Your day-to-day includes personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), companionship, homemaking support, and monitoring client health and safety. You'll be the person clients and families trust—checking in, noticing changes, and reporting back to our clinical team. You'll also help teach family members how to support their loved ones in ways that work for everyone.

It's hands-on work, it matters, and you'll know exactly how you're making a difference.

Who We're Looking For

• Certification: CNA or HHA with current certification (or eligible to certify)
• Experience: 2+ years in home care, nursing, or similar direct-care healthcare role (we count CNA, HHA, EMT, hospital patient care, or comparable experience)
• CPR: Current CPR certification required
• Background: Cleared Level 2 background check (required for all positions)
• Tech: Smartphone for clocking in/out and client notes
• Physical ability: Comfortable with the physical demands of in-home care
• CEUs: Updated continuing education hours
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
