Job summary

CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver one-on-one in-home care across central Florida.

Positions include part-time, full-time, and contract roles, with flexible scheduling and the option to choose multiple locations. The role emphasizes personal care, companionship, and adherence to care plans, with bilingual clients and a starting pay of $16–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
• 2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs.
• Must have a smartphone to input notes.
• Level 2 Background Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's status.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Provide companion and homemaking care.
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.
• Ensure client's safety.
