Job summary

CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily living and personal care in patients' homes across central Florida, including Winter Haven.

Roles are 1-1 with clients per established care plans; full-time, part-time, and contract options are available. Benefits include above-average pay at $16 per hour, flexible scheduling, and work close to home.

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
• 2 yrs experience in home care or related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs and smartphone to input notes.
• Clear Level 2 Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client status.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Provide companion and homemaking care.
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.
• Ensure client’s safety.
