One You Love Homecare is actively hiring compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for part-time and full-time positions in the Winter Park area. We match caregivers with clients close to home and work around your availability to fit your life.

Pay is $17-$20 per hour, with flexible scheduling and a fast hiring process including pre-screening and virtual options. Weekly payroll and ongoing training support your growth in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Compassionate, dependable, and strong communication skills.
• Must pass Level 2 background screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and light housekeeping
• Support clients with dementia/memory care needs
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the office
• Follow individualized care plans and infection control standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, assist with transfers, and be on your feet for extended periods

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
