Job summary

CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver daily living and personal care to patients in their homes across central Florida. Both part-time and full-time, as well as contract openings, are available.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and schedules can be matched to fit your needs. You will follow an established care plan, monitor patient status, assist with bathing, dressing, and companionship, and provide

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.
• 2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs.
• Must have a smart phone to input notes.
• Background check Level 2 clearance information available online.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's status.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Provide companion and homemaking care.
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their love ones.
• Ensure client's safety.
