Job summary

Home Care Partners of Florida is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team, delivering high-quality, personalized care in clients' homes. You will provide essential support, companionship, help with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.

We offer flexible schedules across short and long shifts, opportunities to serve diverse clients, and an incentive/bonus program with competitive pay

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Up-to-date CEUs in Domestic Violence, Alzheimer's, AIDS/HIV and Medication Assist.
• Valid CPR/BLS card required.
• Background screening and I-9 verification required.
• Able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and companionship.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and reminders.
• Support mobility and transportation as needed.
• Adapt to the schedules of multiple clients with flexibility.
• Maintain client dignity, independence and well-being.

As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to individuals in need. This may include assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and more. Your presence and care will make a real difference in someone’s life.

We are looking for caregivers CNAs and HHAs that are ready for immediate cases & shifts.

Caregivers may have flexible schedules and a diverse selection of clientele. We have an incentive/bonus program and competitive pay rates.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA License or HHA Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Up-to-date CEUs (Domestic Violence, Alzheimer's, AIDS/HIV, Medication Assist)
• Valid CPR/BLS Card
• Current Physical Exam and TB Test/Chest X-Ray
• Reliable transportation
• Able to speak and understand English. Other languages, plus!

Must be able to pass a Background Screening and I-9 Verification for employment.

Our cases range from all different days and times - our goal is to fit your ideal schedule into our clients' ideal schedule. We have opportunities from short hour cases to long hours cases.
