Leisure Care manages communities and has reimagined senior living for 50 years, infusing joy, purpose, and fun into every day. We are seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team and support residents with daily living activities, assist with medications, and sometimes serve as shift lead.

You'll work with a caring team to keep residents safe and comfortable, build relationships with residents, families, and coworkers, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially with aging adults or those with dementia.
• Active CNA is a plus!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team.
• Support new team members with orientation and training.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and co-workers.
• Pitch in with light housekeeping or laundry tasks as needed.

As a Resident Assistant II, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands-on support for our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities (like dressing, grooming, and bathing), help with medications, and sometimes even step in as a shift lead.
