Job summary

Leisure Care is seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team in our managed communities. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support for residents, assist with daily living activities, help with medications, and may step in as shift lead.

We value a caring, positive attitude; prior caregiving experience and active CNA is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential. This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

As a Resident Assistant II, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands-on support for our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities (like dressing, grooming, and bathing), help with medications, and sometimes even step in as a shift lead. You'll be part of a team that keeps our residents safe, happy, and feeling right at home.

What You'll Do:
