Leisure Care is seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. You will be at the heart of our community, providing compassionate, hands-on support for residents and helping with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, observing changes, supporting orientation for new staff, and building respectful relationships with residents and families. A CNA is a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially when supporting aging adults or those with dementia.
• Active CNA is a plus!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
