Leisure Care in Spokane, WA is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and cultivate a warm, engaging environment.

You will observe and report changes in residents' conditions, assist with light housekeeping and laundry, and work as part of a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• CNA preferred.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care).
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
