Leisure Care in Melbourne, FL is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant II to provide hands-on support to residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home-like environment.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, mentor new staff, and participate in light housekeeping, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially with aging adults or those with dementia.
• Active CNA is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

As a Resident Assistant II, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands-on support for our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities (like dressing, grooming, and bathing), help with medications, and sometimes even step in as a shift lead. You'll be part of a team that keeps our residents safe, happy, and feeling right at home.
