Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes. No experience needed — we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you’ll make a real difference in a child’s daily life. Earn $14.75 per hour with paid training and flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Carbondale, Covington Township, Archbald, Scranton, Factoryville or Lackawanna County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients home

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
