Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring a Pediatric Caregiver to support children in their homes in Berks County. No experience required—training will be provided to become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

Begin with 1:1 supervision, assist with daily living skills, and help implement IEPs and behavior plans while promoting children's development. This role offers paid training, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), medical/dental/vision options, paid time off and 401(k), and

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work in Berks County.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support IEPs and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
