Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes. This role offers paid training and certification, flexible schedules, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

No experience is required as training will be provided to become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA). You will play a critical role in supporting children with daily living activities and educational plans in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals

Job Requirements:

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred


• Willingness to work in Jersey Shore, Muncy, Williamsport


• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location
