Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes. You’ll provide one-on-one supervision and help with daily living tasks in a safe, in-home setting, with paid training offered to become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

No experience is required—the company will train you and help you earn certification, with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth across Bethany, Blakeslee, Brodheadsville, Dingmans Ferry, Tobyhanna, and surrounding PA counties.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Willingness to work in multiple PA locations including Tobyhanna area.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.

What You’ll Do:
