Job summary

CareGivers America is seeking a Pediatric Caregiver to support children in their homes in Carbon County. Earn $14.75/hr with paid training provided. No experience necessary; you’ll be trained to become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

16 hours per week, Mon-Fri in Albrightsville, with additional opportunities countywide. Responsibilities include 1:1 supervision, daily living support, IEP/BIP implementation, and facilitating developmentally appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certificate preferred.
• No experience required; training provided for certification.
• Valid transportation to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills including hygiene, meals, and routine care.
• Implement and support IEPs and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a safe environment.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities and lifting as needed.

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes.

No experience needed — we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you truly make a difference in a child’s daily life.

Job Requirements:

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
• Current opening: 16 hours per week, Monday-Friday in Albrightsville. Additional opportunities are available throughout Carbon County.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients home

What You’ll Do:
