Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ year clinical/nursing experience.
• CNA licensure as required by state regulations.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and respond in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Report abnormal changes to a supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort and activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care and contribute to care plans.
• Support resident rights and provide emotional and social support.
