Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation’s Lincolnwood Place is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the AM shift 6a-2p, PT/PRN, in a skilled nursing setting. You will care for residents under RN/LPN direction, take vital signs, assist with ADLs, and support the care plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in clinical/nursing preferred.
• CNA certification/licensure per state requirements.
• English proficiency to communicate and respond in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service and daily living activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Follow the supervisor’s schedule and resident needs.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Support resident rights and report concerns per policy.
