• Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort, and activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide nursing rehabilitation/restorative services.
• Follow the schedule of resident needs set out by supervisor.
• Respect residents’ independence and dignity.
