Senior Lifestyle in Lisle, IL seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks, monitor health, and assist under supervision. You will help with bathing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders while contributing to care plans and ensuring resident rights are respected.

A high school diploma or GED, 1+ year clinical experience, and CNA licensure per state requirements are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Area of Study: Clinical/Nursing
• 1+ years of experience in clinical/nursing
• Special CNA certifications per state requirements
• English proficiency to perform duties and emergencies
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and monitor health status
• Record height, weight, and fluid intake/output
• Report abnormal changes to a supervisor
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities
• Transfer, position, and turn residents as needed
• Provide skin care and participate in care planning
• Deliver nursing rehabilitation/restorative services
• Follow resident needs schedule set by supervisor
• Provide emotional and social support to residents
• Respect rights and dignity; protect belongings and confidentiality
• Report concerns to supervisor and ensure safety
• Promote independence and communicate effectively
