Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per regulations and guidelines.
• May handle admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop and update acute and long-term care plans.
• Track clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control) as directed.
• Provide health-related education to residents and staff.
• Notify physicians/family of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Coordinate with other departments and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• May assist with discharges and clinical documentation as needed.
