CHRISTUS Health in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the clinical team under RN supervision. The role involves routine patient care, admissions/discharges, and basic clerical tasks to ensure a safe, clean unit.

Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, preparing rooms, responding to call lights, maintaining supplies, and reporting changes in patient condition promptly. A High School Diploma and active CNA license with BLS are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA license in state of employment required.
• BLS required.
• Acute care experience preferred.

• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Complete pertinent documents and prepare rooms for admission.
• Safely transport patients and maintain patient confidentiality.
