CHRISTUS Health in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist with routine patient care under RN supervision. You will support admission, transfer, and discharge, prepare rooms, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients.

The role requires a CNA license, BLS, and high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred acute care experience. 6PM–6AM shifts, full-time position, on-site.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Patient care experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Prepare rooms and ensure patient belongings accompany patients at discharge.
• Safely transport stable patients and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and respond to emergencies.
• Complete pertinent documents and assist with stock items and supplies.
