Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living under nurse supervision.
• Provide personal hygiene support: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Assist with medications and supplements per protocol.
• Maintain diet according to dietary restrictions.
• Document vital signs and notify licensed nurse of changes.
• Ensure clean rooms and linens; respond to patient calls.
• Support evacuation during emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
