Villa Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Michigan. The CNA provides comprehensive care under nursing supervision, assisting residents with daily activities, hygiene, mobility, and vital signs documentation.

This role emphasizes teamwork with nursing staff and adherence to health requirements in a union-represented environment. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and a State CNA license, plus CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven teamwork with nursing staff.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision of a nurse.
• Support personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs under licensed nurse supervision.
• Transferring, transporting and assisting with mobility as needed.
