Job summary

Ambassador, A Villa Center seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team under nurse supervision. The CNA assists residents with daily living activities while supporting comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, transfers, and mobility; also recording vital signs and noting mood or condition changes. May assist with transportation and other duties as assigned. Villa benefits apply to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and state CNA certification are required/preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
• Good collaboration with nursing staff and residents; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting and mobility under supervision.
• Turn, reposition, and transfer patients; monitor diet and fluid intake.
• Record vital signs under supervision; communicate changes in mood or condition.
• Ensure patient safety, cleanliness of rooms, and proper use of supplies.
• Assist with transportation to appointments as needed.
