Responsibilities

• Under supervision, work with nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
• Provide daily activities assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with daily medications and supplements as directed.
• Monitor diet based on restrictions and communicate changes.
• Record vital signs and report to a licensed nurse.
• Respond to patient calls and needs.
• Maintain clean rooms and linens.
• Assist in emergencies and follow safety protocols.
