Job summary

Ocean Meadow Senior Living in Clinton, CT is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our memory care team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with every other weekend shifts in Day, Evening, and Night options; pay ranges $22.00–$24.00 per hour, plus a benefits package.

As a CNA, you will support residents with daily activities, monitor changes in health, plan meaningful activities, and build strong relationships with residents and families while coordinating with nurses to keep care plans on

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Experience in assisted living; memory care experience is a plus.
• Comfort reading and following a Resident Care Service Plan.
• Experience with dementia care preferred, we'll help you build these skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting with patience and dignity.
• Track and report changes in resident health or behavior so care teams can respond quickly.
• Plan and lead meaningful activities that bring residents comfort, connection, and joy.
• Build genuine relationships with residents and families through attentive, personalized care.
• Partner with nurses and care staff to keep each resident's care plan on track.

Full-Time & Part-Time · Every Other Weekend · Memory Care Community

Make a real difference every shift. As a CNA on our memory care team, you'll help residents living with dementia stay safe, comfortable, and connected and you'll be backed by a team that treats caregiving as a craft, not just a job.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, working every other weekend. We're currently filling the following shifts-please state which shift(s) you're available to work when you apply:

• Day Shift-7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift-3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Night Shift-11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support residents with daily activities-bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with patience and dignity

• Track and report changes in resident health or behavior so care teams can respond quickly

• Build genuine relationships with residents and families through attentive, personalized care

• Partner with nurses and care staff to keep each resident's care plan on track

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
