Responsibilities

• Make rounds to resident rooms at intervals to meet needs including toileting, hydration, turning, and safety.
• Observe signs of illness or skin issues and report to the charge nurse.
• Assist with meals, oral care, hygiene, and daily personal care as needed.
• TakeVital signs as directed and document care in MyUnity Point on shift.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and post-mortem care as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and equipment, and ensure safe patient handling.
