Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Float Pool across multiple Illinois locations. You will provide consistent, high-quality care to residents while rotating through memory care, rehab, and long-term care units.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
