Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking CNAs to join our CNA Float Pool across multiple Illinois locations. As a CNA Float Pool member, you’ll provide compassionate care across memory care, rehab, long-term care, and more.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, shift differentials, and a supportive team environment to help residents receive the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Provide support in different units as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
