Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services in Illinois is seeking a dedicated CNA Float Pool member to provide compassionate care across multiple units. You will assist with daily living activities while upholding health, safety, comfort, and residents' dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Provide support in different units as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
