Job summary

Allure Health Care Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Floating Pool, providing care across multiple units at locations in Illinois. As a CNA Float Pool member, you’ll assist with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, mobility, and safety, while building broad, hands-on experience.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts, opportunities for growth, and competitive overtime; CPR and state CNA certification are required, English communication is essential, with LTC

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
