Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is hiring for its CNA Float Pool across multiple Illinois locations, offering both full-time and part-time shifts. As a Float Pool member, you will provide compassionate care to residents across memory care, rehab, and long-term care settings, gaining diverse experience and growth opportunities.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, respond to calls, and work with a supportive team in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Provide support in different units as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
