Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is hiring a CNA Float Pool to provide compassionate care across multiple units in Illinois. You will assist with daily living activities while ensuring the health, safety, comfort, and dignity of each resident.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required – we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
