Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate CNA Float Pool team member to provide high-quality care across multiple units and locations in Illinois. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure health, safety, comfort, and dignity for residents, and adapt to varied assignments across memory care, rehab, and long-term care environments.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required - we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
