Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Float Pool, providing care across multiple units in Illinois. You will support daily living activities while ensuring health, safety, comfort, and dignity for residents.

We offer varied shifts (full-time and part-time), opportunities to work in memory care, rehab, and long-term care, plus a team-focused environment with competitive pay and growth.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required - we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in different units as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
