Job summary

MGA Homecare Colorado LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients under RN supervision. The CNA provides direct basic care, follows the Plan of Care, and documents observations with accuracy and compassion.

Duties include monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, moving and grooming patients, changing linens, and reporting changes to the RN Case Manager. The role requires a valid CNA certification, completed TB/CPR, and flexibility to work as

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved certification/program/accredited school to reflect ability to perform job as described.
• Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Must meet state regulations and competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring pulse, temperature and respiration as applicable.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintains records and reports observations to RN Case Manager.
• Provides patient support with dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Changes bed linens, laundry, and maintains patient environment.
