Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Great Falls, Virginia, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and deliver person-centered care that respects each resident’s needs.

We offer part-time and full-time roles with competitive pay ($20/hour - $22.75/hour) plus shift differentials. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, a 401k with match, onsite wellness services, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths and routines to provide comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
