Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to support our residents with daily living, delivering person-centered care in a welcoming community in Virginia. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Basic computer skills required.
Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
Assist residents in activities of daily living.
Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on preferences and routines.
Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
